We’re hiring for: Pro-Painting Technician, Lead Pro-Painting Technician

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $60,000 – $100,000/Year +
Starting Pay Rate: $25/Hr.

To become a part of our company all of our Pro-Painting Technicians and Lead Pro-Painting Technicians must first go through our PPT Training program. Our training program ranges from 90 days to 12+ months and equips each candidate with all of the protocols, procedures and skills needed to operate as a Pro-Painting Technician with our company. The more painting experience you already have and the more honed your skills already are coming in, the faster you will excel through our program. *All candidates are required to have previous professional painting experience to enter into our program. 

PLEASE NOTE: We love to hire painters who already know the craft. However, no matter how much experience you have, all new hires go through our apprenticeship training program to learn our company protocols and procedures. Why? Because when all of our team members work together using the same methods, daily productivity is at its best!

What’s in it for you?

Starting wage during the PPT Training program is $25/hr. After passing our field assessment & written tests, you will be promoted to the position of Pro-Painting Technician. Once you become a Pro-Painting Technician with our company, your earning potential is $60,000+ per year. A top-performing Pro-Painting Technician with our company can easily earn over $75,000/year.

If you possess leadership qualities and incredible customer service skills then you may want to consider becoming a Lead Pro-Painting Technician with our company. Any Pro-Painting Technician with the drive to be promoted can enter into the Lead PPT training program. Only prerequisites: must be employed with us as a Pro-Painting Technician for 1 full year (or two full seasons, interior and exterior). Earning potential for a Lead Pro-Painting Technician is $85,000 – $100,000 +/year.
